When you say triangulation, are you referring to people using triangulation
to locate and identify HAMS as the source of the transmission or HAMS using
triangulation for some other purpose.  If the later, what would be their
purpose.

My license expired a long time ago and have not kept up so I am curious about
what this might be used for.
