It's more about retiring less efficient networks and shoving more calls
and more data down a pipe, and them charging for more and more data than
being part of the mind control conspiracy. Social networks have that
covered.

I miss being able to run a crappy 2g phone with week+ battery life and
calls/voicemail/text.
