It is important to note that this information has not
received any official confirmation and is based on a single
dubious leak. As you know, I enjoy such exciting news
and theories. Therefore, I am publishing this with a healthy
dose of skepticism. However, following the principle
of considering multiple opinions, I believe there is also
a possibility that this could be entirely true, given the
craziness of the information. After the mass unrest in
several European cities between 2020 and 2025, an
independent expert group was urgently formed at the
insistence of the European Parliament and bypassing
standard procedures. However, to comply with regulations
and ensure inter-agency coordination, its operational
secretariat and funding were placed within the Main
Directorate for Harmonization of the Internal Market,
Digital Technologies, Compliance Monitoring of 
elecommunications Directives, and Related Rights. This
body prepared the final report on the causes of the events.
What is notable? In a secret two-hundred-page document,
the information of which were posted on the DarkNet by
an ex EU council employee, no hackers or fundamentalists
are accused. The cause of the events is attributed to
something else. Experts pointed to an unexpected source
of "mass digital madness" - a type of psychosis affecting
users of gadgets and electronic devices across Europe.
This is not a program or a virus. It is something different.
An entity whose nature lies at the intersection of
interdisciplinary approaches. A new form of coherent
radiation and digital noise - waves that remain in constant
phase relation with each other, allowing them to amplify
when combined. According to the report, this is an
incomprehensible parasitic modulation "riding" on the
carrier frequencies of 5G and Wi-Fi networks, predominantly
in the 3.8 to 4.2 GHz range. Its structure is a
pseudo-random digital noise that cannot be decrypted.

of our cities. The mechanism of human influence is
virus-like and contactless. Any digital or electronic device
acts as a retransmitter. The network coverage maps and the

personnel, match with frightening precision: each surge of
parasitic wave activity in the air is preceded by a spike in
street violence. The signal, transmitted via 5G and Wi-Fi
frequencies, penetrates the subcortical structures of the
limbic system, intensifying primitive animal instincts of
the reptilian part of brain. In this situation, any negative
information becomes a catalyst for an excessive release of
hormones into the bloodstream, leading to sudden mood swings
and madness. The individual becomes a conduit for blind
aggression emanating from the ether. Attempts by French
military and scientists to conduct a systematic analysis and
capture the signal's signature have failed to identify
either the point of origin or its creator. All efforts to
trace the source through communication channels have

It is most likely not a weapon or a tool of warfare. It is
something for which there is not even a name yet. The only
working hypothesis remaining for researchers sounds like
complete nonsense: the phenomenon could be a spontaneous
product of the technosphere itself - a kind of "immune
response" of an oversaturated digital environment.
Alternatively, it may have always existed on our planet but
slumbered within the radio noise of the universe, awakening
now within modern infrastructure from an ancient sleep.
