 I think the change from "living in a van down by the river" to
 Instagram influencer/YouTube sensation is being able to monetize
 content and being a freelance content creator/knowledge worker and
 working on the road.

 If you're an attractive 20-something in a van shooting content
 in a national park I suppose you could make enough on YouTube to
 help finance such a life. Most of the videos seem to feature a bikini
 scene or cleavage as the thumbnail.

 Heck, if I was in my 20s now, I'd jump at the chance -- when else are
 you going to do something like that?
