The SCOTUS did not tell Texas to remove the wire.  

It is much more nuanced than that.

Razor wire is better than landmine, which is exactly what I saw on a major European border, along with armed guards, full razor fencing with explosives, attack dogs and more.  

Texas and Abbot have the right to do what they have to do.
SCOTUS likewise.
Other Governnors as well.

But the illegals are plain and simple illegals, and they are not within their rights to make illegal crossings.
