My personal observations are:
1. When the Republicans were in the White House, the US was in Afghanistan and there were not 2 million refugees fleeing from there;
2. When the Republicans were in the White House in Ukraine, 1 million people no die on both sides, and God knows how many were seriously wounded or shell-shocked we don't know.
3. When the Republicans were in the White House, Iran was afraid to attack Israel through the Hamas proxy and Gaza was an living city.
4. When the Republicans were in the White House, China did not try to provoke a war with Taiwan, the Philippines, or India.
5.  When the Republicans were in the White House, pirates from Yemen and Somalia did not stage raid against merchant ships with many casualties and hostage-taking.
These are my general observations. You can add a lot more. But I'm only interested in geopolitics.
