A) Neurological Side Effects, while including what you mentioned, in incredibly broad and includes everything up to fatigue.  So if asked 'Do you feel tired' after the vaccination, anyone that answered yes would be included in this 1/3, likewise for headaches or other mild symptoms.  In fact 99% of all reported symptoms in multiple studies, such as a Mexican study with a sample size over 60 times larger than this,  were of this nature and could have been as easily caused by the act of getting an injection, regardless of what was in the injection itself.  I know when I see a metal object slide into my arm I get a mild sense of vertigo

B) There have been hundreds of studies including 10's of millions of people about this same topic over the last 2-3 years with zero troubling findings, particularly when compared to the other vaccines we've been receiving for the better part of a century that no one had any issue with until now, so why are we posting about some random study showing relatively benign results that surprise no one all of a sudden if not to keep fear mongering about nothing?
