Everyone who works with people in a magagement or leadership position should
read Dale Carnegie's "How To Fin Friends and Influence People"  It is a book
about the psychology of gettting along with others.  It details how people
think and how to speak and act in such a way that people will appreciate you
and work well with you.  It is considered a "self-help" book, but it is so
much more.  From this book you can learn to understand why people do what
they do and how to get people on your side.  I'd recommend this book to
everyone who works with people, leads/manages people, and who wants to get a
better understanding of why people behave the way they do.
