Yes, there are many Windows terminals(Syncterm, Netrunner, etc) that offer Amiga fonts; aBSiNTHE transmits codes that will auto-switch those terminals to the correct one. Those use TTY fonts so I think that DOS terminals would indeed be out of luck >_< I wonder if it would be possible to compile Syncterm for DOS?
