That software looks pretty intense. Nice job on your java hack. I noticed pimlical uses port 8000. Were you able to install iptables inside your chroot, and configure iptables to open up port 8000? It might look something like this....... #/sbin/iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 8000 -j ACCEPT just remove the # at the begining and you could change tcp to udp to see if that helps. you would do best sticking the iptables line above in /etc/rc.local so that it gets loaded everytime you start the chroot. For testing purposes only you could *TRY* this #/sbin/iptables -P INPUT ACCEPT I dont know that it works but if it does its just supposed to accept everything and anything. You find me in there and I'll try to help you trouble shoot if I can. were you able to backup your chroot yet? that is the most important thing really. they corrupt pretty quickly. I back mine up once a month or more but then again I do more with mine then most people do. I hope the above helps in some way.. would be super cool if you could get that calendar syncing working.
