Subj : certain echotags

I have a couple echos listed under ALL for RTN, but not showing I'm linked to them.  I sent the command to link those echo tags and I get back no such echo ?

RTN_TI, RTN_SYNC, RTN_TDRS

Do these actually exist and should I be able to link them ?  I have them added to my message bases on my end...
