 RM> Depending on the implementation you might need to add a * to select all

According to the AREAFIX help file %rescan will rescan all linked echomail area
and export the last 250 messages unless the optional D or R command is also
specifed.

I don't know why it's not working. Seems like I'm using the correct commands.
