Sounds like Zaxxon by Sega to me. I played the TRS-80 Color Computer port back
in the early 90's, and it was a decent port. I remmber it being it on a
cassette tape then. I, later, learned that there was the arcade original.

Could that be it: Zaxxon by Sega?
