TZUTC is a kludge line that tells your time offset to greenwich mean time.
It is optional, but if you send it, you need to populate it with your time
offset.
Your mail contained an empty one, which is not allowed in any case.
Either do not use it, or use it correctly. (I would advise the latter)

It seems your software is misconfigured.
