Calling them serious translation issues almost feels like an understatement. Despite how negative I was on the game, I loved and played it to death as a kid. Partially because it was the only way for me to have more Castlevania, and partially because I suspect I didn't know any better. But that stuff like crouching with a crystal at a dead end so a tornado can take you away? Randomly dropping garlic in a graveyard? How did I figure out as much of it as I did? And don't even get me started on the playability of a major gameplay element being blocks you simply fell through. I spent so much time just chucking holy water every couple steps to make sure I didn't plummet to my doom on randomly intangible floors. --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A35 (Windows/32) * Origin: Deep Space '94 * telnet://deepspace94.com * fnord (80:774/43) .
