Mystic does have dupe detection when importing messages from an uplink, so
you shouldn't have to worry about that.

Be careful when using QWK! There is a bug in Mystic with it. If you upload
more than one message at a time in your .REP packet, Mystic will give them
the same MSGID. These messages will show as duplicates to other systems.
