We had little money back then ...
So my father said either a C64 now, ore a C128 later that year.

Later that year I received a C128D.

I had no idea about computers back then ... connected it, and somehow it did
not want to work.
I got a picture but nothing else worked ...
I asked a neighbour, and he looked at it and said it is defective.
It turned out that they mixed up packages in the shop :(
So they exchanged it, and it worked great, and was used very much.

I still have it, and it is still working fine.

In the meantime I snapped up a cheap C128 (better for the 1541 Ultimate, as
there is no built in drive.)

I have also ordered a c64 ultimate ;)
