I had one as a hand-me-down from a neighbor. We had fun on it for a while. 
On the Atarti ST, I spent time "hacking" my way to figure out the game 
ports, drew up a circuit diagram, and went to Radio Shack to buy the 
components that I needed, and built a game controller for it. Turned out 
that they used a common ground and just had a pin for each button or 
contact.

That's exactly what I did! Fiddled with it to make it work! <grins>
