The reasone C-net will use the normaly FTN Outbound folder to build the .FLO
files unless there is an ALT Path set.  Then it will use the ALT path value in
the .FLO

The reason you need to use the Alt-Path is becase your mailler is BinkD and is
on Windows so it needs a different path then what C-net Toss uses which is from
 FTN Outbound.  Because ROF is now using AmiBinkD both the mailer and tosser
can use the same path in the .FLO files.
