        Necromaster of necrobbs.strangled.net port 23 and port 40 figured out
my issue.  It was a strange find.  I am putting a packet together right now
that has Bucko's binkd instructions along with the Amibinkd add on.  This comes
 with screens of the important areas and a working config that just needs
editing to fit your needs.

        BTW, my isse was my inbound path was DH3:Echomail/Inbound
        The path is should have made it work RoFBBS:Echomail/Inbound

DH3 and RofBBS are the same directory drive under WinUAE.  Keep that in mind
when your editing the paths in the Amibinkd.cfg  !!!
