        I have started to play with this on CNet/5.  As of now I have two
options.  On RoF just hit EP at main> and change the Translation.  I have..

1) Modified
2) Stock

        The default is Modified.  It will show you RoF default BBSTEXT.  If you
 pick Stock, it will show you the stock BBSTEXT that came with CNet.  This is
just the start.  I found a few programs that can translate a text file to
another language.  I will give this a try next with the stock BBSTEXT.
