Well, I can send you the scripts, but they rely on hpt and mfreq, so I don't
know if they can be made to run with SBBS. Especially because they are far from
 error free.
Better idea would be IMHO to subscribe to my FileEchos and then use the already
 existing tools of SBBS for your new file announcements. Just drop me a NM...
