I think distortion's implementation of the 'esc' challenge is that any
/other/ keypress will result in a dropped carrier, right? This is probably
pretty effective.

I have the dual esc/dual tab config with a 15 second timeout. It's probably
annoying but I'm the only person that logs into my board anyway and I fear
change. So it's here to stay. muahaha.
