Yeah, I had originally implemented it that way for that exact reason, but it
occurred to me that to anyone who wasn't around networked boards back in the
dial-up days it would only be an extra annoyance on top of serving no
practical purpose. Besides, you can still hit ESC twice if it makes you
happy. ;)
