It's working now.

I did this:
 Zi> After=network-online.target
and this:
 Zi> AmbientCapabilities=CAP_NET_BIND_SERVICE

And mis starts automatically now. It's great! I don't reboot often, but next
time I do, it's gonna be much more relaxing without having to log-in just to
start doorparty & mis.
