Thanks to Spectre, I was able to shoehorn a TZUTC (and CHRS) kludge in with Telegard by modifying the MSGTMP file that IceEdit creates.  Nothing I could do about the internal Telegard message editor though.


Added to the iceedit.bat file after IceEdit was done running:

REN MSGTMP MSGTMP.NEW
TYPE KLUDGE.TXT > MSGTMP
TYPE MSGTMP.NEW >> MSGTMP
DEL MSGTMP.NEW


KLUDE.TXT just had:

(SOH Character/ALT 01)TZUTC: -400
(SOH Character/ALT 01)CHRS: ASCII 1
