  6 dots come up from the bottom, those 6 do a circle,
then those 6 disappear...and repeat.

  To me, Windows could've used a better routine for when
it reboots, etc. It seems as the years go by, it takes
Windows longer and longer to reboot up correctly. Then,
once you enter the logon code, it has to go through a
whole new series of things to get programs going. So, 
from the time you restart or power up, it can be nearly
5 minutes, before all that is done. 

  In some cases, I've gone in and disabled a bunch of 
stuff which I didn't feel was needed. I also noted things
like CandyCrush, Skype, Xbox, Microsoft Solitaire Suite,
Cortana, etc., that I didn't use, and had no need for. 
So, I went ahead and removed them. I'm willing to bet 
that when the next Windows update occurs, it'll discover 
those are gone, and put them back on.

  Unfortunately, far too many programs run under Windows,
and nothing else.
