No earthly.  The only system that /10 has in its routing for this echo is
250/1, and the systems 250/1 has are yours and a slew of other 250 nodes.

I also note other systems in the SEEN-Bys that mine knows nothing of... 51/0,
100/1, and 200/1...  Is it possible that MBSE is adding them, as systems
yours passes the echo along to, before tossing them to the msg base?
