They were all pretty funny.  Sadly, from that list, I think that Carol is
the only one still alive.  :(

Comedy has always been somewhat about poking fun at others... most of the
folks you listed above (maybe all) knew where the boundary between funny
and "too far" was and respected it.  Now we have a lot of folks who like to
play on the other side of the boundary and then wonder why it finally
catches up to them.
