Around here (California) USFF PCs are getting cheaper than SFF PCs. I
like the USFF form factor for home servers, but they're limited in how
much memory you can put in (most are 16 gb max) and most use laptop
power supplies. At one point, I had a drawer full of Dell power
supplies, but I don't work at a Dell shop any more.   :)
