also as a fellow fatty i'd also like to mention that you may try to
trick yourself into saying that you don't do this stuff that much and you deserve this treat. you dont.  that's the inner fatty taking over.  you dug yourself in a hole and don't deserve it.

i need to work on my weight so i can fit into all these cool leather coats i have.  i'm also waddling.   eventually i'm going to explode a knee.
i make excuses that it's not that bad because i'm so strong and i can walk 4 miles with no problem, etc.
