Sadly it seems that age != maturity.

I don't mind pointing people in the right direction when I happen to know 
something they don't, but I'm not going to take on the responsibility and do 
it for them.  I've worked in IT long enough to know that the moment you fix 
it, it becomes your 'job' to fix it when it breaks.
