Greeting Delta Division Members,

This weekend has a couple of events both on air and in person. First off
is the LCARC Winter-Fest and ARRL AR State Convention in Hoxie, AR
Saturday as the in-person event. Second is the ARRL DX Contest - CW
version starting at 00:00Z Saturday. K5UZ will be at Hoxie and on air in
the DX 'test as travel and time permit.

The ARRL International DX Contest - CW is this weekend starting at
00:00Z February 18 (tonight).

* USA to USA contacts do not count for scored points, only USA to DX.
* DX Entities count as multipliers, one per band.
* AK, HI and US possessions count as DX so work them!
* The exchange for USA stations is signal report and state.
* DX stations will send a report and their power.
* Use the six HF bands 160, 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters.
* The mode is CW only.

Get in and make a good effort or just pick off some new ones, The bands
are open so get QRV and heat up the ionosphere!
