Important Message from ARRL VEC

FCC Resumes Processing Amateur Radio Applications

On Monday, May 9, in a notice to all VECs, the FCC explained that the
technical issues with Universal Licensing System (ULS) Electronic Batch
Filing (EBF) system are resolved, and that VECs may resume submitting
session files and license applications. The FCC ULS EBF filing system
is back online and functioning normally. ARRL VEC has submitted the
backlog of all its session and application files processed on, or after,
April 27.
