Subj : Quick dinner To : Jas Hud From : Sean Dennis Date : Tue Dec 12 2023 12:15:56 Hello, Jas! Replying to a message of Jas Hud to Sean Dennis: JH> i don't think i've EVER cooked rice. well maybe once when i was in my JH> teens. now i'm afraid to. it's instant or ben's (rip uncle) for JH> this guy. Cooking rice isn't hard but you just can't overcook it. I have to be careful eating rice without teeth. I choke on it easily. JH> i need to go back on low carb anyways. i'm getting lots of exercise JH> but the gut isnt coming off. I'm trying to just eat meat and veggies mainly and I am doing intermittent fasting. To help me, when I get up, I put a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of lemon juice with a little stevia for flavor in 8 ounces of water and drink it. That not only helps regulate my insulin levels but it also is getting rid of fat on my liver (I have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease). I try to eat around 2 PM an 7 PM (no eating after 7:30 PM), and it's seeming to work.
