I use restic for all my backuping, it works on many OSes incl Windows. You can use many backup "targets" (local drive, S3 endpoint, another restic, and some more I think), but I use S3 (minio running on a NAS). For my important data, on the NAS, I backup to another drive in the NAS (with restic), that is then replicated into pcloud - which is there incase my house burns down.
