Me too.  I need to set up an AWS S3 Glacier instance for the BBS.  I use the
excellent "s3cmd" program to interact from the command line for backing up
the BBS.

Another terrific program is Duplicati which is free, open source, and can
back up to 20+ online cloud services as well as traditional services like
FTP/SFTP and NFS (I think; I'd have to check again on NFS).

Also, if you want to set up a file server, I recommend XigmaNAS.  Based on
FreeBSD and uses ZFS for its filesystem.
