Its one of a few fears I have of moving to a townhouse or something with a 
basement which I first thought of as a great idea, someplace to park all my 
boxes of crap.

But one basement flood and I would be.... heartbroken.

As I type this, the roof of my apartment complex is leaking and all the 
drywall ceiling is coming apart in the bathroom.
