I have a Dell Poweredge R710 that was given to me.  I can't use it so when I can, going to rent a car and drive it up to Andrew, a 12 hour drive each way, for him to use.

Try looking for a Dell Optiplex 7010.  Small but plenty powerful.  Mine's an i5, 8 GB RAM (up to 32 GB!) and with a new SSD, quite peppy for a little machine.  I paid $30 for the little box at a nearby hamfest last spring.  I dropped $26 for a new 512GB SSD that really gave it a performance boost.  I'm wanting to get 2x16GB RAM for it but need other things first.
