NVM-e seems to be the new interface for things like ram and  
SSD.

Myself, I only have various pcs with SATA or PATA.  I settled  
for a Crucial MX500 1TB NAND 3D SDD for my T60 Thinkpad.

A friend of mine had installed a Crucial 250GB SSD in his  
laptop dated 2012 and has been very happy with it. .: We're  
both upgrading our laptops with the Crucial brand.
