That it is easy to spot for people who is actively watching for scams. The worst one I have seen is when they hack or steal actual data from companies you are actually dealing with, and use their resources to pose as them. For example, if you are in the middle of buying something from them, they may pose as your provider and tell you "Let's make it a deal.
