Subj : backup is The Pirate Bay or Netflix To : Arelor From : August Abolins Date : Sun Jul 18 2021 12:35:00 Hello Arelor! ** On Sunday 18.07.21 - 08:36, Arelor wrote to Sean Dennis: >> Then when the Internet goes down, no one can do anything >> anymore. They say their A> backup is The Pirate Bay or Netflix. Such shortsightedness. Spotify accomdates "local" copies. That's handy for times when [1] regular power is out and when a generator at the cottage is available, and when [2] there are people like me who don't have the 24/7 traditional DSL/satellite/cable internet services, but can then enjoy a few pre-saved playlists at any time. The vast collection of music that I have are either genuine local mp3 purchases or physical LPs and CDs, but I don't seem to play those as much anymore. -- ../|ug --- OpenXP 5.0.50 * Origin: (} Pointy McPointface (618:250/1.9) .
