While Microsoft OSes have improved their looks over the years, it's when you 
get down into the admin portions that it becomes a hodgepodge. I saw a 
Youtube video showing UI bits in Windows 10 that dated back to 8.1,8, 
7,Vista, XP and even 2000.

I do like Windows 10, and my favorite retro UI to play with is Windows95. I 
suppose it's everything in between that falls by the wayside.
