Subj : VMWare Workstation Pro Support...

I can't figure out how to get support or post to community forums...  I need
my VMs to start up on startup.  This was working with VMWare Workstation
Player.  With pro, however, I'm given a menu. This doesn't work for
unattended or unintended startups.  Any help?  This is unacceptable and I may
have to go back to Workstation Player...  There must be a way for this to be
automated, I just don't see it.
