whats funny is for charter is see on their website they are offering some phone deal to the people for a year.  why not just make it cheaper. nope. cant do that.

they keep raising our bill up by 5 bucks every x amount of months. all we have is internet and it's out of hand. it's not getting out of hand.  we are at the point where it is out of hand.
