FWIW, I recently installed Fix Pack 15 and 8610 on my OS/2 Warp 4 box.
After those two updates, 1.60d started throwing errors which OS/2 HELP says
means it is not compatible with the OS.  I switched back to 2k and it works
fine.  I never got around to figuring out how to "register" 1.60d anyway,
and 2k is accepting my port change in the SERVICES file, so I did not lose
much doing that.
