Not only did I get that fixed but with a bit of Jim Howarth and also Andrew
Pamment guides I used Jim's command first to change the drop file to dos and
then Andrew Pamment's to move the file to the right drop folder and bang
within 10 min I had dosmu and 16 bit doors running. 

Must have been the nap before hand.

Oh and yes the command was wrong as Jim stated for me, it was dosemu.
