I have the same related problem with my Exchange VM now. "Windows Modules 
Installer" task after an update completely utterly hogs the CPU, never ends
unless its terminated. Its beyond my patience after spending MANY nights with
the supposed M$ "fixes". Its now just killed when it tries to run...
