Win7 did ... the reason I had to do a hot fix release of 1.19a YEARS ago because RG wouldn't load anymore with some of the changes we did without a work around wrote in. I just went back to Win7 (cause I didn't feel lik hunting for drivers for WinXP to get stuff working -- since' the system is on it's own and not vm) because Win10's NTVDM got changed AGAIN in one of the last few updates causing some of the older doors not to be able to read a cmd line for where the drop file wise.
