I haven't had any success finding a Win32 binary for sed newer than 4.2.1.
Does anyone have a link?  All I could find were pages without links or 64 bit
binaries.  I'm trying to get a batch file to work with fastecho to add TZUTC
kludges, but it doesn't work with my version.  For some reason, it doesn't
support surrounding the command with ' and doesnt' seem to support \x0D or
any other hex values...
